- Visit us personally.
- If you order through the shop from outside the UK without contacting us first it will make your order invalid.
Discrepancies
- Shortages, damage etc. to be notified within 4 days of delivery.
Dimensions
- As our components are not precision-made there can be a slight variation to given sizes.

- Pay by Paypal or if you prefer to pay by credit card or debit card you can telephone us on 0191 536 9596. If you would like to pay by cheque send to (address below) and we will dispatch the goods once the cheque has cleared.

Delivery
- We have a courier service available.
- Delivery cost is to Mainland United Kingdom ONLY. If you want to buy outside of the UK (including Highlands of Scotland and Ireland etc.), other delivery prices apply - you must e-mail or telephone prior to ordering. If you order through the shop from outside the UK without contacting us first it will make your order invalid.
